Warm Stone

A quiet game about a small pet shop where nobody is in a hurry.

Buy aquariums and dry terrariums in a range of sizes, including tall ones for residents who like to climb. Arrange them around the shop: on the floor, on tables, on shelves.

Settle residents - geckos, corn snakes, guppies, octopuses. Each has its own requirements: water or land, a taller home, more room. Some live happily in company, others cannot stand neighbours at all. 

Then come the ordinary chores. Feed, clean, call them over, pet them. Watch their mood and fullness, and don't overfeed.

Visitors come in. Not just "I want a pet", but with a story: a first, easy resident for a beginner; a gift chosen by someone afraid of getting it wrong. Match them well and they leave happy. 

Furnish the shop: wallpaper, floor, counter, register and sign, shelves and racks, tables, lamps, clocks and small things on surfaces. Unlock new species, furniture and decor with stars, and raise your shop's level.

No ads. No in-app purchases. Works fully offline. The game collects nothing and sends nothing anywhere. Your saves stay on your computer.

How to run

Windows. Unpack the archive and run Warm Stone.exe. Windows may warn that the publisher is unknown - the game is not code-signed, since a certificate costs more than a small indie game earns. Click More info → Run anyway.

Linux. Unpack and run warm-stone.

macOS and android — not yet. Coming if there is demand.
